Linde announced it  started up the new high-purity nitrogen generator in Shanghai, China. Linde supplies ultra-high purity industrial gases to GTA Semiconductor wafer fabrication plant. Those ultra-high purity industrial gases include nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide and compressed dry air.
